French Saison M29 from Mangrove Jack´s is a highly attenuative top-fermenting ale yeast. It creates distinctive beers with spicy, fruity and peppery notes, and is made for saison and other farmhouse-style beers up to 14% ABV.

Frequently asked questions about French Saison M29
What temperature should M29 ferment at?
Mangrove Jack´s recommends 26–32 °C. The warmer you ferment, the more spice and pepper the beer gets.
How much yeast do I need?
Sprinkle one 10 g sachet directly onto up to 23 litres of wort.
How dry will the beer be?
M29 has very high attenuation and ferments out much of the sugar. The result is a dry, crisp beer, typical of saison.
How do I store the yeast?
In the fridge. Dry yeast kept cold stays in good condition, even for some time past the best-before date.
