Gozney Arc Lite – compact gas pizza oven for 12" pizza, black

The Gozney Arc Lite is a light, compact gas-fired pizza oven for outdoor use, made for balconies, patios, roof terraces and other small outdoor spaces. It reaches 500 °C in a few minutes and bakes 12" pizzas with a crisp base and the classic leopard spotting, as well as other flame-cooked dishes.

The lateral flame along the side gives even, controlled heat distribution. The Arc Lite is built for quick start-up and easy use: from unboxing to your first pizza takes only minutes.

Maintenance

  • Clean the outside with a mild, non-corrosive cleaner once the oven has cooled.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • The inside is best cleaned by burning off residue at over 350 °C. After about 3 hours, baked-on residue will have burned off.

How hot does the Gozney Arc Lite get?

The oven reaches 500 °C in a few minutes. An infrared thermometer shows whether the stone is hot enough.

How big a pizza can I bake?

The Arc Lite is made for 12" pizza. Inside, the oven measures 325 × 355 mm, and the opening is 325 mm wide and 85 mm high.

Are the gas hose and regulator included?

The gas hose and regulator are included and come fitted. The regulator is made for Norwegian gas cylinders and does not fit Swedish gasol cylinders.

How do I clean the inside of the oven?

Burn off the residue at over 350 °C. After about 3 hours, baked-on residue will have burned off. Wash the outside with a mild cleaner when the oven is cold.

Can the oven be used indoors?

No. The Gozney Arc Lite is for outdoor use only.
