Maintenance
- Clean the exterior when the oven is cool with a mild, non-corrosive detergent.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning agents.
- The interior is best cleaned by burning off residues at temperatures above 350 °C. After approximately 3 hours, baked-on residues will burn off.
