Description

Magnum 44 Black IPA all-grain beer kit

Project Brew proudly presents Magnum 44, an American Black IPA that offers a complex and balanced malt profile, good bitterness (IBU 44!) and a big aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and pine - but without being overpowering.

As IPAs generally do, this beer is best enjoyed fresh. Lean back on the sofa with a good glass that enhances the aromas!

The recipe was developed by the legendary Skamlaust Bryggeri.

  • Fermentation: 14 days at 19-20°C

Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brewing day. Freshly milled malt at home is fantastic!
