Protafloc Tablets 2kg

Protafloc Tablets are a granular carrageenan product added to the wort in the kettle to enhance protein precipitation when cooling the wort.

1/2 to 2 tablets per HL are added during the last 10 minutes of the boil. Optimized use at 1-5g/HL provides all the benefits listed below. Suitable for most brewers - Protafloc is an economical and highly effective product for beer clarification.
