RYGR Transatlantic Pilsner All-Grain Beer Kit

In cooperation with the RYGR brewery from Klepp in Jæren, we are pleased to offer their popular Pilsner as an all-grain beer kit for homebrewers. A delicious and refreshing thirst-quencher, with a transatlantic twist.

RYGR Brygghús finds inspiration in the history and landscape they are a part of. Frugality and a will to win. Flaming hearts, swinging tools, and dirt under their fingernails. RYGR is located in Jæren, where the tradition of cultivating the land and creating growth is in their blood.

  • Contents: Malted grain (4.5 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
  • Yields approx. 21-22 liters (28 liters pre-boil, approx. 24 liters for fermentation)
  • OG: 1.044
  • FG: 1.008
  • EBC 6.1
  • IBU 26
  • ABV 4.7%
  • Fermentation: 18 days at 11-12°C, 3 days at 15°C
  • Yeast: 2 x W-34/70 dry

Sugar for carbonation, finings, and optional yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf-life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
