A German yeast strain that produces a subtle fermentation character. Depending on conditions, it tends to present a floral and balanced fruity character. Ideal for delicate beers such as German Kölsch, Belgian Wit and some versions of Session Beers. Also suitable for heavily hopped beers like New England IPA.

- Ideal fermentation temperature: 18-26C
- Attenuation: 80-84%
- Alcohol tolerance: 9-11%
