SafAle S-33 11.5g
A fruity driven yeast strain that gives a high mouthfeel and body to the beer. Ideal for Belgian beers (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel) and strong English beers (e.g. Imperial Stouts). It is also ideal for New England IPAs. Medium sedimentation yeast: forms no clumps, but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
