Simply Pale Ale 1.8 kg – extract kit for an easy-drinking pale ale

Simply Pale Ale is an extract kit that makes an elegant, easy-drinking pale ale with good malt sweetness, a hint of vanilla and a clean finish. The kit contains 1.8 kg of malt extract, specially made for a clean and drinkable result, plus yeast. It makes about 40 half-litres.

What else you need

• 1 kg malt extract or dextrose/sugar to reach the desired volume and about 4 % ABV. We recommend malt extract for the best flavour.
• Sugar or carbonation drops for carbonation (not included)
• Brewing equipment. If you do not have any yet, we recommend the affordable Starter Kit Basic.

How to brew an extract kit

1. Clean and sanitize the equipment.
2. Mix the extract with boiled water and top up with cold water to the stated volume.
3. Measure the OG and sprinkle the yeast over.
4. Let the beer ferment for at least two weeks and check the FG.
5. Bottle with carbonation drops and leave the bottles for at least two weeks.
