Stigbergets Amazing Haze All-Grain Beer Kit
In collaboration with Stigbergets Bryggeri in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are delighted to offer homebrewers the opportunity to brew their fantastic Amazing Haze. A New England-style IPA, generously hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot, which provides a wonderful tropical aroma balanced by a soft bitterness and a pleasant sweetness from the malt, with Golden Promise as the base. The beer is in line with Stigbergets' vision; it should be something fantastic and barely tangible, something that goes straight to the soul and fills you with sweetness.
Stigbergets Bryggeri was established in Gothenburg in 2013. With a focus on innovation and quality, their beers have become known to beer enthusiasts worldwide. In 2021, the brewery was named "Brewery of the Year" in Sweden.

- Contents: Malted grain (5.9kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
- Yields approximately 22-23 liters (28 liters pre-boil, about 25 liters for fermentation)

- Fermentation: 10 days at 18°C, 4 days at 22°C
Yeast: 2 x LalBrew New England dry
Sugar for carbonation, finings, and optional yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is uncrushed. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
