Nutrisal from Vinoferm is pure diammonium phosphate (DAP), a yeast nutrient that raises the ammonium and phosphate content of juice and must. It gives the yeast a better nutritional basis, so the yeast cells multiply well and the fermentation is less prone to problems. Nutrisal is used especially in wine and other fruit fermentations, where the juice often lacks nutrients for the yeast.
Dosage and use
- Dosage: 3–6 g per 10 litres

- Dissolve in a little juice or water, add and mix well in the vessel

Yes. Nutrisal tends to clump. Gently kneading the bag usually solves it.
