WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
This yeast is from one of the oldest stout-producing breweries in the world. It is excellent for many beer styles but truly shines in malty British styles such as stouts, porters, and brown ales. Medium attenuation contributes to a dry finish that enhances roasted malt notes. Esters help round out the overall flavor and produce a smooth, drinkable stout.
