WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
This yeast is known for its high attenuation, achieving 80% even in beers with 10% ABV. The high attenuation eliminates residual sweetness, making this yeast well-suited for high-gravity beers. This strain has become a house yeast for many American breweries due to its clean profile and high attenuation. It is an ideal variant for American and English hop-forward beers, as well as more malty ambers, porters, and brown ales. This strain can be a substitute for WLP001 California Ale Yeast®.
