WLP802 Czech Budejovice Lager Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation

A pilsner yeast from Southern Bohemia, which produces a dry and crisp pilsner with low diacetyl production. With up to 80% attenuation, this yeast strain will create a dry beer and present a rounded hop bitterness.
