Stainless steel Cornelius kegs have become a favorite for many enthusiastic homebrewers, and for good reason. The kegs are both 100% lightproof and easy to keep clean. We can also add that the unique 23L keg holds a fully fermented 25-liter batch.

Using Cornelius Kegs

Once you have filled the keg with beer from the fermenter, simply put on the lid, purge with CO2 to remove oxygen, and pressurize. Carbonation can be performed with great precision, and the beer retains its delicious taste. In addition, the kegs are easy to disassemble, so washing and sanitizing is not a problem.
