A 26 mm crown cap with a stainless steel insert with M8 thread, made for the BacBrewing aphrometer. The cap is fitted to the bottle and the aphrometer is screwed into the insert. This lets you follow the pressure in the bottle during bottle conditioning and maturation. Price is per piece.
