Aphrometer - manometer for bottle 0-10 bar
Aphrometer or, as it is best known, pressure gauge bottle crown 26 or 29 mm
To protect against bottle bursts, this aphrometer is equipped with a vent screw for any overpressure problems; by unscrewing it slightly, the pressure will be lowered without having to remove the aphrometer.
With the aphrometer, it is possible to monitor the internal pressure of the bottle during the maturation/fermentation phase of beer, cider, wine, Kombucha.....
Simple to use, intended for use with 26 or 29mm crown cap bottles. Using a normal mechanical capping machine once the bottle has been sealed using the equipped crown plugs (not supplied, to be bought separately), simply tighten the manometer to the cap. Once the O-ring touches the crown cap, give the manometer a half turn using a 14mm wrench. The seal is thus guaranteed. Do not use the gauge case to tighten.
