Description
American Amber all-grain beer kit
American Amber is a clone of the original Amber Ale first brewed by Full Sail Brewing Co. in Oregon in 1989. The beer is still Full Sail’s flagship and has won more than 25 gold medals in international competitions over the years, including “World´s Best Dark Beer” at the World Beer Awards 2013.
The beer is sweet, malty and medium-bodied, with a spicy and floral finish from Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. It pairs well with seafood, BBQ, lasagne, enchiladas, cheese and salad, but is also great on its own.
