WLP013 London Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
An oak-like ester character makes this yeast well-suited for classic British beer styles such as pale ale and bitter, or dark malty beers like brown ale and porter. Medium flocculation properties allow for up to 75% attenuation and leave a dry beer while adding malt complexity and hop bitterness. If you love WLP001 California Ale Yeast, try this yeast strain as it has more character.
