4-Day Hard Seltzer Kit – Peach

With the 4-Day Hard Seltzer Kit Peach you make your own hard seltzer at home, quickly and easily. Hard seltzer is a light, refreshing drink of carbonated water, alcohol and flavouring. The kit follows the same method that Omega Yeast in the USA recommends, and makes 19 litres of hard seltzer at 5.8 % ABV.

All you need to add is water. With Lutra Kveik the seltzer ferments in 3–4 days at 30 °C, so you can have a finished seltzer in as little as 4 days.

Contents

  • 2 kg dextrose, the sugar base for fermentation
  • Omega Yeast Dried Lutra Kveik, which gives a fast, clean fermentation in 3–4 days at 30 °C
  • Propper Seltzer yeast nutrient, for good fermentation conditions
  • Peach flavouring, which gives the seltzer a fruity character

Carbonation

  • If you carbonate in bottles, you need sugar for priming solution or carbonation drops (sold separately).
  • If you carbonate in a keg, we recommend a fining agent, for example two-stage fining with Super-Kleer K.C., for a crystal-clear result.

If you need equipment to get started, we recommend our affordable Basic Starter Kit.
